How We Ship
We ship orders throughout the week, with the exception of weekends and holidays. Shipping fees vary for individual items and can be viewed in your shopping cart once an item has been added. All our products are conveniently shipped through Canada Post, depending on the item. With Canada Post, we are able to ship anywhere within Canada. For orders shipping with Canada Post and destined for remote areas within Canada, additional shipping fees may apply. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping out your order.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel and not ship an order for any reason. All orders will ship within 1-2 business days from the store location in which it is in stock. All orders placed outside of business hours and weekends will be processed the following business days.
Please note: orders with billing and shipping addresses not the same will take longer to ship out due to additional time required for credit card verification and fraud prevention.
Free Shipping
Baby enRoute will ship, FOR FREE, any regular size order within Canada (see below for some exceptions) with a minimum purchase value of $75 before taxes via Expedited Canadian Postal Service, Purolater, or FedEx Ground Service. Oversize item surcharges will still apply to orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Cost is calculated at the time of check-out and varies depending on your location, size and weight of merchandise purchased.
Baby enRoute is not responsible for any additional Brokerage, Duty or Taxes that may apply.

Returns
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price. All furniture items will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on actual product page. Some products are considered special order items and unfortunately are not returnable. If this is the case it will be clearly noted on the product page. All purchases of sale merchandise, car seat, stroller, electronics, mattress, pillow, swimwear, bedding and plush are final sale.
Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept opened box, dirty, washed or used products.
Please enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining the reason for return.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, shower/bathing/hygiene products & accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, and undergarments.
Price Match Policy: We will gladly match a lower price within 14 days of the item being shipped or picked up at a qualifying online retailer, or a local competitor.
All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.
Return/Exchange Shipping Costs: Baby enRoute does not assume return/exchange shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. Customers may request a prepaid shipping label. The costs associated with the label will be deducted from the refund amount once the item has been received. Please send your prepaid label requests to returns@babyenRoute.ca, be sure to include your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our returns department will process your request and will reply within 2 business days with the shipping costs. Customers may ship back returns with their own shipping methods however for your protection, we recommend using Canada Post or insured parcel post for return shipments. Additionally we recommend that customers who decide to make a return on their own request a tracking number from the shipper for their records. If a package is refused, there will be a $15.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer.
