Work in one of B.C.'s largest industries

With over 1 billion international travellers each year, tourism is a global economic driver. In addition, one in every 11 jobs in Canada is directly attributed to tourism and in B.C. contributes more than $17 billion to the economy.

Students who are looking to declare a concentration can fill out the Bachelor of Tourism Management Declaration Form (pdf) and submit it to records@capilanou.ca before the successful completion of the program.

A practical learning experience

During the program, you'll be able to work at top tourism industry employers in B.C. during a supervised full-time co-op work term or practicum placement, so you'll graduate with hands-on experience.
